I spent all day baking. I know what's the big deal. I don't bake. I cook, but I don't bake. I have the attention span of a gnat and too easily distracted so baking usually falls to the DH. He's better at it than I am. There is the ongoing joke that I can't bake without burning at least one batch.  But today I bit the bullet and made kolaches and rollicky's and various cookies for the New Year.  On a side note, I bought some of those silicon pan liners to see if they really work. OMG...I didnt' burn a single batch and given my track record with baking that is a small miracle.  They are awesome to bake with and even better, nothing sticks. They are worth the expense.
