I don't leave expanded feedback. I'm not good at it. I generally say I love it and try to pick something out of the story that really worked for me. Other than that, I'm clueless on the feedback thing.
Bottom line for me is 1) I'm not leaving LJ 2) I'm gonna keep reading fanfic, 3) I will respond how I deem appropriate and if they complain that their feedback is too general, I will stop reading their work. What else can you do? I'm not gonna hold someone's hand on line, but I do get enjoyment from this place and I'll still be here, annoying people with my obsession with Rodney =)
